A researcher from the Department of Psychology at Yale University is focusing her research on promoting regualar exericse among breast cancer survivors. She is looking to recruit 150 female breast cancer survivors of stage 0 – 3A, post treatment, who do not exercise regularly. She is specifically interested in whether or not specially designed health messages can help breast cancer survivors increase their self-efficacy for overcoming the barriers to regular exercise.
